One course link. Clean evidence for every trainer.

Participants scan a course QR code, complete the default short evaluation, authenticate their response, and the submission is saved against the correct client and course for export and renewal review.

Operating flow

Built for trainers, clients, and GTF reviewers.

The system separates public participant submission, client administration, and master administration. The data is stored as named fields, not screenshots or unstructured blobs.

Course QR

Each course has a URL carrying its client code and course ID. The QR image is generated from that URL.

Participant form

Name, email, short ratings, before/after scores, text feedback, and declaration are required.

Client admin

Client admins see only their own courses, QR links, submissions, and CSV exports.

Master admin

Master admin can create clients, activate or deactivate access, manage courses, and export records.

Participant evaluation

Short add-on evaluation.

Use this short form only when participants have already completed the official output form.
